Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

• If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, you will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment. The fee must be paid prior to scheduling your next session.
• In the case of an emergency on the day of your appointment, you may pay upfront to reschedule without incurring a cancellation fee. If same-day payment is not received, the missed appointment will be considered a no-show, and you will not be able to reschedule until the balance is paid.
• Please understand that when you book an appointment, especially one scheduled far in advance, others may be seeking that same time. We appreciate your cooperation in giving proper notice

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

If you forget your appointment or choose not to attend for any reason without prior notice, you will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged the full session fee, and all future appointments must be prepaid.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. Whether or not the full session can be accommodated will depend on how much time remains. You are still responsible for the full cost of the session. 

Required Forms

First-time clients must complete the About You, Health History, and Conditions forms before the appointment.

• If forms are not completed in advance, you will be asked to fill them out upon arrival, and your session will still end at the scheduled time.
• These forms are required to ensure your safety and to protect the integrity of our practice. Forms can be accessed by clicking the “Make an Appointment” button on our website.

Rates

Rates are subject to change without notice. All applicable taxes are included in the listed prices.

Prenatal Clients

• Massage is not permitted if you are less than 12 weeks pregnant. During this stage, your baby is developing vital organs and structures, and even light pressure may pose a risk.
• If you are past your due date, we kindly ask that you do not book a massage. Stimulation from massage could induce labor, and we want to ensure you’re in a safe environment if that occurs.
• Moonstone Reiki & Wellness is not liable for any complications that arise if we are unaware of your pregnancy status. Please disclose all relevant health information before booking.
