Please Read Before Booking

We understand that unanticipated events occasionally happen in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Cancellation Policy

A 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for another client to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged for the full amount of your of your missed appointment. The amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. If an emergency occurs on the day of your appointment, you will be allowed to pay upfront for same day cancellation, and not pay a cancellation fee. You will also be able to reschedule a future appointment. if payment isn't received on the same day, this will considered a no-show. You will not be able to reschedule until the  cancellation fee is paid. The reason why we do this is because, if you book an appointment out 2 weeks, please understand that other clients are inquiring about that slot. So please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment date to give other clients a chance to book.

Missed Appointments

Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show,” and will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment. And all future appointments will be prepaid. 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate appointments that follow yours. It will be determined  if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you are responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and arrive on time.

Forms

If you are visiting for the first time, please complete the "About" "Health History" "Conditions" before your appointment. if you choose not to fill out information in advance, you will have to complete before your appointment, and your services will still end on time. To protect my license and my business, all information must be filled out before I can provide services. You will find this information once clicking on the make an appointment button.

Rates

Rates are subject to change without notice and may be revised at any time. All taxes are INCLUDED in the pricing.

Prenatal Clients

Massage will not be allowed if you are less than 12 weeks gestation. Before 12 weeks your baby will be developing their heartbeat, bones, and tissue. Even lighter pressure could cause you to go into early labor.

If you are past your due date, please do not book. Pressure from massage could cause you to go into labor. We want you to be in a safe place, if your water breaks, and be able to get to a hospital right away. 

Moonstone Reiki & Wellness will not be held liable if we are not aware you are less than 12 weeks gestation, and receive a massage.
